These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rayblast.com (the "Site"), operated by rayBLAST, LLC ("rayBLAST," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing presence for rayBLAST's games, XR experiences, and developer tools. Content is provided for general information and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the rayBLAST name and marks, images, concept art, UI, and code — are owned by rayBLAST or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

3. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site unlawfully or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malware, or scrape or harvest data except as permitted;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misappropriate the Site or its content;
  • Infringe the rights of rayBLAST or any third party.

5. Products & third-party stores

Our developer tools, games, and experiences may be distributed through third-party platforms (for example, the Unity Asset Store, app stores, or device platforms). Those purchases, downloads, and uses are governed by the applicable platform's terms and the specific product or license terms accompanying each product — not by these Terms.

6. Newsletter & communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYBLAST AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rayBLAST and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and rayBLAST regarding the Site.
